Caramel Apple Salad

Caramel Apple Salad

Ingredients
3 cups Granny Smith apples, diced
3 Tbsp lemon juice, canned or bottled
1 cup unsalted dry roasted peanuts
1 cup Kraft Jet-Puffed Mini Marshmallows
1 small box dry fat-free sugar free instant butterscotch pudding
8 oz Dole Canned Crushed Pineapple in Juice
8 oz Cool Whip Free Whipped Topping

Instructions
Toss diced apples with lemon juice. Just enough so the apples don't turn brown. Add peanuts and marshmallows. Mix in separate bowl butterscotch, pineapple, and cool whip. Add to apple mixture. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.

Serves 12; 4 pointsplus+, 3 points

Yes, this recipe is GREAT!!!! I have made it more times than I can remember and it is always a huge hit on treat days in our office. DELICIOUS!
